NTApps LLC builds privacy-focused iOS applications. This policy explains how data is handled across our apps.

2. Data We Collect (Only When Required)

We may process a small amount of information needed for the app to operate:

  • Device information such as device model and OS version, used solely for compatibility and troubleshooting
  • User preferences stored locally on your device
  • Email address only if an app includes optional account creation or support communication
  • Location data is used only to show nearby content and improve app functionality. Your precise location is not stored by NTApps LLC and is only processed on-device or through Apple services as required for app features.
  • App data is stored using Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services to enable features such as syncing, posting content, and account functionality. This data is associated with your Apple ID and governed by Apple’s iCloud privacy and security practices. NTApps LLC does not operate its own servers for this data.
  • Some apps allow users to create public content such as posts, comments, or usernames. Any content you share publicly will be visible to other users of the app. Users are responsible for the content they submit.

3. What We Do Not Collect

NTApps LLC apps:

  • Do not track users across apps or websites
  • Do not sell, rent, or share personal data for marketing or tracking

4. When Data Might Be Processed Externally

Data is only shared if absolutely necessary:

  • To fulfill legal obligations
  • To prevent abuse or fraud
  • To allow support services from trusted partners (only when required for a specific feature)

5. App Store Related Data

Some information may be collected automatically by Apple Inc. as part of downloading or purchasing our apps. NTApps LLC does not control that data, and it is governed by Apple’s own privacy practices.

NTApps LLC apps are not directed toward children under the age of 13.

6. Security

We apply modern security practices to protect any data processed. No internet-connected system is impossible to breach, but we take ongoing steps to safeguard services when network communication occurs.

7. Retention

If an NTApps LLC app requires processing an email address, it is stored only as long as required to provide support or maintain the requested feature, then removed when no longer needed.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may request to:

  • Access stored data
  • Correct inaccuracies
  • Request deletion of your account and associated app data (where applicable)
